Yeah, lately I've been getting people who intentionally annoying me with replies/messages about the 'wrongness' (yeah, I made a word up, so sue me.) of art theft and how rules are there for a reason and blah, blah, blah.

Truth is, it's those self-rightious people that grind my gears more than the actual act of taking down the photos. If there's something you stumble across some deviation that you feel that honestly violates copyright rules, fine, report them and go on your merry way. Don't provoke the people whose stuff just got taken down. You're just being a prick. And honestly, if you can't get off on the fact that you've done your job to 'better' the site and need to give a holier-than-thou comment to the affected parties' page to acheive that, you are one sad little person. Your energies could be better spent making a lovely, copyright-free deviation or something.

So yeah, there's my little rant and to those of you who are still smarting from your loss of deviations because of the copyright blitz, I hope you guys are finding some amusement in the little smart-ass text art submissions. Most of the stuff I had wasn't art but just some random-ass macros/captions so I probably wasn't as devastated as those of you who've made backgrounds/collages/etc.

Oh and before I forget, there was an actual reason why I entitled this journal as 'Heads Up'. For those of you who aren't in the know, I am probably the last person you'd want to pick a fight with if you get on my bad side (i.e. making those holier-than-thou comments) so if you know what's good for you...don't.
